The annual OFIC Diversity Forum includes a guest speaker and workshop facilitator with informational sessions, networking and sharing of best practices between corporate Ohio and OFIC member campus faculty and staff.

The event is designed to inspire those in attendance to think differently about what diversity and inclusion really means, feel more confident in building relationships with their colleagues, constituencies, stakeholders, and customers, and make diversity and inclusion actionable in their daily work.
