Serving as seventh president of The Ohio Foundation of Independent Colleges (OFIC), Spiker's career spans over three decades of fundraising work at Ohio's private and public universities including his advancement roles at Baldwin Wallace University, Kent State University, Mount Union University and Ohio State University.
